Current Beauty Favourites #3

It's very rare I talk about hair on here, I think that's down to be never really styling it and not really looking after it which leads me onto the Phil Smith Total Treat Argan Oil Cream. This was on offer at work and I was pretty intrigued as to whether it would benefit my hair at all and let's say I have been loving it since I started using it. You apply a 'pea sized amount' to towel dried ends and then dry your hair like normal and it works like a conditioner allowing your hair to feel smooth and silky. I love how it's a product that allows you to see a change on first used without making your hair feel slimy or greasy, just soft soft soft.

Since falling in love with that Peach Lights Highlighter from Makeup Revolution I have headed to their stand every time I've been in Superdrug to see what else I could pick up and one day I decided to pick up their Pro Fix Fixing Spray and let's just say it has exceeded all expectations. At a fiver I really didn't believe it would make much difference to the longevity of my makeup but apparently it does!

This Boutique 'In The Twinkling Of An Eye' Shadow Quad isn't a product I wasn't expecting to include in my favourites when I reviewed it here but it didn't take me long to change my mind. I immediately knew I loved the shades and it did seem like a good palette but since trying it for the first time I have been using it daily because there's quite a few possibilities of eye looks.

I am terrible when it comes to skincare, I don't moisturise and I have definitely never used creams until now. I've been getting really annoying dry patches on the outer corners of my eyes so I picked up this Dirty Works Stop Puffy Eyes Eye Cream as it was on offer and I have been using it every morning (that I remember) and it instantly gets rid of the dryness, just goes to show you don't always need to spend loads on skincare.

I bought and reviewed this Seventeen Conquer and Define Contour Kit in the hope of attempting to learn to contour and although it's not great for contouring like a pro the lighter powder is amazing for setting under the eyes and I have thoroughly enjoying adding a bit for definition to my cheeks where I'm using another favourite; The Makeup Revolution Flat Contour Brush, because I realised I didn't have a brush for contouring and the rose gold was screaming at me.

  2. I have the MUR Fixing Spray and it's great for £5! I still prefer Urban Decay's All Nighter Spray but it's such a good cheaper alternative!
