My Halloween Makeup

This post has come a little late as I haven't had much time to write it over the past few days. Obviously I went out on Thursday night but then I went onto sleeping in late on Friday then venturing to work and then on Saturday I was at work again! I'm lucky to have Sunday all to myself.

On Halloween I decided not to go all out and focused on face paint. I used inspiration from Day Of The Dead/Sugar Skulls as I found they are currently popular and look so pretty. I decided to only do half of my face as I'm not a fan of face paint, nor am I extremely good at it.

I used a Snazaroo Face Painting Kit as they are really good face paints, easy to apply and easy to wash off. The other half of my face was quite simple.  I had the idea to create a middle parting in my hair and plait either sides so there was no hair on my face making it look more symmetrical. I wore a black maxi dress and black boots with silver studs to finish my look, although I wasn't dressing up completely, it all worked well together.

I hope you all had a lovely Halloween and looked great!

Happy November.
